Nothing I can think of! They were polite , took photos of the cases, as we did! We arrived back at the nominated time and were helped back with the cases to our cab! We had been in Dubai for 9hrs walking about till it was time to go to our apartment at 3 pm , and were exhausted after a 14 he flight from Australia! I think one of the gentleman sensed this! We are all in our late 60”s, and so appreciated this kind gesture!

The process was easy and the location is convenient. As it is located in the Hotel, you can check in/ out your items 24/7. The hotels is also only a few minutes walk from the metro station.
