I highly recommend this location because they close late on weekdays and are near Roosevelt station. They allowed me to go to the Field Museum and 360 Chicago without my carry-on. Excellent service.

Very efficient and cordial service at this location. We also had a lovely chat for a while with the proprietors as part of the checkout, who were as warm as toast. The process from start to finish couldn't have been easier or smoother. Having the storage facility (as opposed to paying extra for a late checkout from the hotel, if such a thing exists) allowed us to a few extra relaxing hours in the city before it was time to fly home.
