If you need to change or cancel your booking for any reason, the best way to do it is from your booking details page in the Bounce app. You can edit the dates, drop-off and pick-up times, and number of bags. You can also cancel your booking or rebook at a nearby store. If you can't find your booking details, check the email address you used to make your booking. You can change your booking by following the link there, or reach out to us if you need support.

Getting around Odaiba
If you want to get your steps in, you can actually cross the Rainbow Bridge to reach Odaiba in as little as 30 minutes and the views are incredible. There are also ample public transportation options for reaching the island as Tokyo Teleport Station (the island’s primary transportation hub) is well connected to major transit facilities throughout Tokyo. You can also take a cab from mainland Tokyo and reach Odaiba in about 20 minutes.
Getting to Odaiba by train
There are plenty of trains routed to Odaiba. With Daiba Station, Tokyo Teleport Station, and Kokusai Tenjijo Station being the main hubs on the island.
- Yurikamome Line: 30 minutes to Shimbashi Station and Tokyo Station.
- Rinkai Line: 25 minutes from Tokyo Teleport and Kokusai Tenjijo to Osaki Station in Shinagawa on the JR Yamanote Line or Shin-Kiba Station on the JR Keiyo Line.
Getting to Odaiba by boat
The Tokyo Water Bus offers rides from Hinode Pier and Asakusa to Odaiba Seaside Park. These take between 20 and 45 minutes and the views are incredible.
Getting there from Tokyo airports
- Haneda Airport: The best way to reach Odaiba is by the Haneda Limousine Bus, which takes 35 minutes. Otherwise, you can also take an hour-long train ride with multiple transfers.
- Narita Airport: It takes about 90 minutes via Limousine Bus or just under an hour via trains (with multiple transfers) to reach Tokyo Teleport Station.
