Storage went well. I only stored for a few hours during the day. My bags were tagged, and a Selina worker locked and unlocked the door for me, so there was a decent sense of security. I'm not sure if they check tags religiously, but the same person checked me in and out, so it seemed fine. I'd store with them again
If I needed luggage storage in Cancun again, I would use this location every time. Most of the other storage options are via hostels. I get somewhat nervous about leaving my stuff around, and I don't know if I would've felt as comfortable storing things at some of the other places. Ibis's process was streamlined, efficient & secure. They handle everything. They tagged my bag by ID, stored it securely in front of me, and then retrieved it themselves on the way out. I dropped off around 10 PM and picked up around 2 AM (so you know they have 24 / 7 service). And it's right next to shops if you need something afterwards. Really trusted them and would definitely store again.

Unlike luggage lockers, we don't charge per hour and instead charge a flat rate for 24 hours of storage. We also have partners who watch over your stuff to make sure it's safe, and can answer any questions you may have or give you advice on what to do in Cancun.
