I absolutely would recommend this location and staff for if you need a place to store luggage while in downtown Atlanta (especially the Georgia Aquarium)! The business is in a really convenient location, staff knew right away what to do for drop-off and pick-up of my luggage when I mentioned my Bounce reservation, and everyone was really kind and helpful in our interactions.
It was a bit difficult to find with the GPS. It leads to the back of the building, not to the front of the building where there entrance is located. Might be niceto have a note somewhere on bounce that it is the front of the building, but not sure if that is possible?
I decided to use this service after having a later flight back, I was able to make a quick check in, and see any leftover activities in the city without having to carry my luggage around and after checking out it was a smooth and quick process, the workers were extremely nice as well
